Leadership over Lunch: Building a Covenant with Your Leadership Team
Each Leadership Lunch begins with a meal and fellowship among pastors and staff members. The second hour is an intensive, information-filled session with a bit of time for Q & A. Lunch and the workshop is $15; but, if you prefer to bring a brown bag and a drink, the cost is $10. All Leadership over Lunch sessions are from 12-2pm.
Building a Covenant with your Leadership Team:
Do you long for your congregation to have healthy conversations, clearly stated expectations, and plans to resolve conflict? Building a covenant with your leadership team is a key element in creating an atmosphere of spiritual health and vitality. This workshop will give participants tools to build covenants in their local congregation, which can position a church to live into God's mission in God-honoring ways.
This discussion will be led by Reverend Elizabeth Hood, Greenville District Superintendent.
